@@ingridjerolon4613 welcome. If I may get you right, the regulator is on but it doesn't light up on the cooker. May be the hose is long enough so turn on the regulator then turn on the stove and allow the air in the hose to flow out. Turn off and then turn on again

@@Zicofarm if yours is a twin burner with two different adjustable elements, just trace the one that is controlling either the inner or the outer burner. Your can adjust it different depending on the one that is bringing out the yellow flame.
