While I was in hospital I was forced into taking a statin. When I got home I refused to take them. Was it possible that those few days of taking the statin the cause of why my walking was so wobbly that I needed a walking frame. My body was so weak. I'm still not fully recovered. It has been 3 weeks since I am seeing a physio.

I took statins (Crestor, mostly) for about fifteen years. The increase of side effects like brain fog, tiredness, and lack of memory, eventually led to my being obliged to take early retirement. Now, no-one can say that the side effects of statins are all bad!

Thank you so much for posting this, I've been looking everywhere for it. My heart specialist wanted me to take a statin because my cholesterol is 6.6 - just a fraction over the 6.5 limit of 2004 - and I told him in no uncertain terms that I've never taken a statin and never will. I don't eat meat or dairy so all my cholesterol is home-grown, as it were. Hell will freeze over before I'll put a penny in the pockets of rip-off Big Pharma.

I was prescribed rosuvastatin. In addition to muscle pain brain fog and general fatigue I have Delores T2 diabetes. I’ve been off this drug for a year now and have managed to reverse all the negative including the diabetics which I control by eating a very low carb diet along with regular fasting. I don’t recommend taking these drugs as the risks far outweigh ant benefits!

What would be the best lubricant for these pneumatic cylinders? I have a half dozen cylinders on a tire machine and only information they give is to use an ISO 32/SAE 10 mineral oil. It seems that these products are mainly designed for hydraulic systems and not pneumatic systems. I don't want to introduce a lubricant into the system that can cause the rubber seals to deteriorate prematurely.
