Nope, that’s a Blacktop. Takumi’s was Silvertop Group A engine, the 4A-GEU.

@@kyototomokui6676 You got the names wrong . the Takumi's engine is called 4A-GE 20Valve Silvertop and this is a 20valve version of first generation 4A-GE 16Valve Bluetop . Blacktop is called 4A-GELU 20Valve (V-Valve) and and the number 16V means that there are four valves for each cylinder If we have a 20-valve engine, it means that there are five valves for each cylinder
