I know. Alastor is there because of his murders. So why should Harry go to heaven? Let's do the math: at the age of 11, he pushed Querill to death, at the age of 12, he destroyed part of Voldemort's soul (which is equivalent to murder), at the age of 15, he was ready to kill Umbridge, launched a light Crucio towards Bellatrix, at the age of 16, he almost killed Malfoy, at the age of 17, he destroyed parts of Voldemort's soul, used unforgivable spells. And I think he definitely destroyed some Death Eaters during the during Auror's career. Of course, these people are not saints, but they are the people he killed and tortured. I doubt they'll let him into Heaven with that list. They won't care that he saved an entire country from genocide there (that's how I see Voldemort's policy). Maybe I'm wrong, though.

I never said anything about harry in my commment and the only sin Harry commited was murder (Voldemort and querill) and it was self defense (but still murder) the rest aren't sins, unforgiveble spells are just crimes, but as you said, he saved a whole country so the Ministry forgave him. And were did you saw something about "Voldemort's policy" being related to hell or heaven? His "policy" was "no more mudbloods!! Kill 'em all!!! And kneel before me!"
