for the given circuit with Gm cell, capacitive and resistive load, calculate the transfer function and from there find the value of UGB, you can simply see it as a single pole system with one cap and load resistor, so you will have a pole value, find dc gain, then write down the TF, from transfer fxn, find GBW or UGB frequency

@@Himanshutiwari590 or do one thing, find output voltage of first stage in terms of input voltage which is nothing but the gain of first stage and then go for the output shortcircuit current at the output of second stage which is nothing but the gm of second stage hence we will be having relationship between input voltage and output short circuit current

@@MithunBarmann yes it will circulate inside the device M3 means it will flow through rds of the device or it can also be considered as drain to source current of M3..at the same time vgs of M3 and M4 are same so this current will be copied and will flow through output short circuit

@@MithunBarmann I think your confusion is that it its circulating in device then why copying? Actually circulating through the device is only responsible for copying, if it will not flow through the device or if it directly goes to supply, it can't copy

Hello I just have a doubt while calculating Gm According to the solution I think you are keeping tail node potential Vx=0 But the load is asymmetric..on left side looking in is 1/gm3 and right side it will be rds4 and they are not comparable... So Vx can be 0 only if we assume that gds is 0 for 5t OTA right? Can u pls guide me on this..thanks !

@@YashRPant yes but while you will do analysis, there is much smaller fluctuations in vx for small signal analysis...so it can be taken as virtual ground
