I guess that in reality the connecting tower of halo in front does not disturb the driver because of the stereo vision with two eyes. But in such a video or in a real race cockpit camera view it's rather disturbing as we see it in mono: our left and right eyes cannot bypass the tower.

How did it work in the sim? I created something similar using the same damper. Mine also attached above the load cell like this but with my setup I ending up having very weird braking input characteristics. The brake pedal input would spike very early, taper off and start to climb again once the elastomers were squeezed together, most likely because of the location of the damper being above the load cell. Are your brake input characteristics realistic with the location being above the load cell?

Hello, you have to activate the surround option in the nvidia control panel, there are video tutorials on youtube
