Love your videos! I’m also a fan of inauble whispers 🥰 one thing I can suggest is if you can pronounce some of the words as you inaudibly whisper. I think it would be amazing!

I agree, this is more like mouth sounds. Try looking at other videos of people doing this too and maybe use that as a guide

I used to watch japanese nail painting videos on youtube when I was like 11, im respond a lot to visual hand movements and such with ASMR. would just get all tingly and sleepy so id watch them over and over. Found ASMR later when I was like 16!

During late 2021, I was struggling with my mental health. Not only anxiety and depression but insomnia as well. Nothing seemed to work. I was browsing KZbin one day and came across ASMR. I discovered that it helped to calm my mind as well as help me get much needed sleep. I've watched ASMR every single night since then.
