I had the same q code and search the reason for Very long time. The book of my motherboard said ''not used''. Online we can find some explanation talking about the processor. I removed my WC and cleaned the processor and the board . I changed the thermal paste and now everything is ok. Maybe you can try this.

Why you post such a trash video? For rest of the people: Now you have to remove the button battery of the bios, try to start without battery and make a shortcircuit with bios button (you can see it at the manual board) .

Apparently that appear when the cpu heating system is screw too tight. Try to release a little (half turn) on screws of the heating system.

@@simonheadless7898 That happen to me after around 2/3 years. I searched very long time for the solution. Finally i removed the heatsink, changed the thermal paste and put back the heatsink with less pressure. That work perfectly after that. I discovered later many others people who unscrewed the heatsink for solved the problem.
