Thanks for the video. Nicely done. Do these sizes run true to size? run small? large? are they narrow? Also, in the past, I have had to walk for 3 miles after my bike broke big-time once, so I want a shoe that I can walk in along a road for maybe a couple miles if I have to. Not sure if I need all the mud grip lugs though.

Hello and thanks for the comment! As for whether these shoes run "true to size", I honestly cannot really say. I think that's kind of subjective? All I can say is that I normally wear a size 44 (US size 10), and these shoes fit snuggly and were very comfortable right out of the box. The toe box seems to be about average in the way it's shaped - it's snug fitting, not wide or extra roomy in the toe area but not tight fitting either. Hope that makes sense. Sometimes some shoes require a "break in" period before they can feel like they have that perfect fit... I can honestly say that these shoes didn't require any break in. I just took them right out of the box, installed the cleats, and went out on a ride as you saw in the video. We went out on a 2 hour/ 30 mile ride and finished with no complaints or issues about the shoes (my wife got a pair in her size as well (10 women)). As for walking off of the bike in these shoes, they have very stiff soles (as all performance oriented cycling shoes should for more efficient transfer of power to the pedals), so not the best for walking anything other than really short distances. How well do they breathe?, I am in dyer need of something for my rides here in Central FL... Planning to do the FLC2C from Titusville to St Pete in January.

They breathe pretty well through the back side of the palms. The palm-side is made from a synthetic suede like material and so it's not so breathable on that side but the backs are a nylon mesh which is. We usually only ride with gloves in colder temps but if you need some gloves for extra grip if your hands get sweaty these should work just fine. 👍
