It would have been nice to see something like the signal box relocated to a public railway of museum or the like in memory of your Grandad(?). After all the years of joy that line gave, it's sad to think it will be forgotten.

Remember several visits when Don Witheridge was in control. Think he started it back in the 1970s. If you stayed in the bungalows you could bring your loco on holiday and run it on the railway. Shame it closed.
