It's very nice to know abt a topic 🙂 all students (college days)tend to avoid sleep all night & just study(How to do? Eat coffee, tea & all rubbish stuffs). So soothing knowledge 😌! In 2019 I couldn't sleep for months, a bizzare state I can't even read a single line 🙃 of any text at those time 😊 seen my mom doing AnulomVilom in childhood, chanting Om I started doing some of those things. I tell you sleep is the most cherishable important thing 🙄Strange to hear, I tell u ll be 10x😒 strange if you don't get sleep for days
