To those who have invested in this project. Bad news all around, 1) GG56 is a company formed on 2019, wih less than 10 employees, and revenue a lot less than what it wants to invest in forest city. But GG56, making news is good for GG56, but not so for Forest City. Seems like a scam. 2) it IS a very deserted city/town with very little amenities around (need cars to go other towns to buy necessities) 3) the route to 2nd link is a long u turn to Singapore (besides the daily traffic congestion). Singaporeans never pass by Forest City but directly to Bukit Indah, or alternative route to JB or the KL. 4) Country Garden have financial issues, one might not get the strata title 5) Property is too expensive even comparing with those in the city, and not affordable by locals. Offloading will be almost impossible, wihtout taking a huge loss, taking into consideration Malaysia regulations for resale property 6) Rental Income is about RM1k per month for a 2 bedroom seems cheaper to rent than buy 7) whatever plans for duty free zone? Look at ZON Duty Free at Stulang, how did that go? It was and still is a failure 8) JS- SEZ with Singapore? Look at SJER, since 2006.Success? Nope. 9) Malaysia has seen 5 prime ministers in 6 years. Wih every change, policies change. And Anwar is 77, with his unproven coalition government. 10) Malaysia ringgit is constantly depreciating, at a rate faster than asset appreciation. 11) Cracks seem to have appear in some of the buildings, a 25m stretch of road collapsed recently. And the lists goes on and on.
