The Earth was formed a very long time ago, not hundreds of years ago but obviously thousands of years ago which is recorded in the layers within rocks. I've got a basically identical one, though different branded (Xtron). Main additional things I'd say for mine... - no washers with mine for any bolt - no instructions- = just a pain making sure the right bolt lengths are used (2 different bolt lengths on the bigger diameter bolts) - the support straps are *** fecking unbelievably sharp *** as they've been simply chopped off on a guillotine, and not dressed at all. Damerously so if your hand slips. I'm going to have to get the grinder out on them to make safe, then re-paint.

The engine has been altered should not be in frame or have polishing unit fitted to it. The last one I saw and had was in a 1955 Clifford Rotavator and very good she was.

@@HOMEHUBBY2 I've seen one it was restored by the owner i saw it at a show around 2009-ish. I would leave the condition just clean off the flaky paint and spray on wd40 type oil 😎

Now I know gearbox works,I’ll change the oil and get the levers on it,engine seems to run quite nice now,this was the longest run it has had,about an hour ,I was told when I got it that it was last used around 1970 so today was the longest run for 50 years
