Seems like a perfect opportunity to implement the low/no cost solutions of KNF. IMO's, ferments, vinegars, no smell coop beddings that digest the droppings.

The only way to stop climate change, build healthy soils, protect pollinators, and entire ecosystem is through Agroecological farming.

This is a great story that shows how you can be conscious of climate and profit at the same time. Generating power for almost free on top of reducing the money spent on fertilizers while reducing the environmental impact is a win-win-win.

This presentation is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I am a resident in a MA Public Senior Apartment Building, with 32 units, Extensive Crab-grass Lawns are "maintained here,. The toxicity of this is undescribably toxic. This property is managed by the Montague Housing Authority. The Mass. "Executive Office for Housing and Livable Communities" oversees individual Housing Authorities and sets guideline. incl. landscaping practices. Your work helps me to bring this issue of toxic lawn mono-cultures to MA legislators. (I had objected that a certain small area be mowed, causing MHA to call and report me to the police). You confirm what I suspected: Massive Pollution caused by MHA's over-zealous landscaping practices: Lawn mowing; weed wacking; leaf / debris blowing, use of weed killer in close proximity to apartments. Your video gives me confidence to fight for sane landscaping practices. Thank you.

I'm only 1/2 hour in, and I agree with all if it! I have neighbors who hire 'cide companies, which is frustrating...I have been creating diverse habitat on my small property, and don't use any chemicals. Hoping that our fear-based society turns around. 🙏🏻

hi to everyone, I am new to the channel and I am also practicing herbal healing in South Africa, Soweto. I think fresh herbs are good when eaten as food and when dried they are good for healing, especially if you have used the best practice in drying them. Thanks

"Synthetic" N is gathered from the air, yet is illegal. Chilean Nitrate destroys entire island bird habitats but is aok..... "Organic" farming is a lie, dependent on stupid, paranoid consumers.

You could copy paste this plenty of game changing nooks and crannies these days. They still trot out dismissive Pollack/Fourth phase hit pieces in the main stream here and there. Most generous take is, we aren't good at change.

Has anyone observed under a microscope commercial compost tea? Is it teeming with microbes and biomass? Has anyone observed under a microscope commercial vermicompost, mushroom compost, aerobic bokashi/EM compost, and other composts? What did you find? What is the difference between compost extract and compost tea? Are they equally effective?

the seeds that have lived here forever may not be, no, will likely not be, able to live here in the future. this approach is short sighted given the rapid changes due to global climate change and, in particular, the fact that New England is warming faster than the rest of the USA. The Seed Huntress needs to dig deep and adapt to these changes.

@@SolvingTornadoes If you mean the DNA structure elucidation, Pauling did not violate basic chemical rules, but simply made a mistake in his thinking, which he soon (but then too late) recognized. Pollack did not make a forgivable error of reasoning, but invented a new chemistry to fit his theory.

Good stuff. Soil Regeneration with Minimal Till MUST BE incorporated into "Organic Operations". Tilling the top inch or two (4 weed control and incorporation of organic matter) is usually BENEFICIAL to the soil. Water infiltration and retention improves and aeration definitely improves. Mulching afterwards then controls weeds nearly 100%. Monoculture (single species) Cover Crops are far less effective than multi-culture cover crops. Best when 4 or more different FAMILIES of plants and over 8 species of plants are planted. Organic Matter gains can be MULTIPLES (2 to 6 times) of a Monoculture Cover Crop...and the Microbiology DIVERSITY is > 10 times better (each species brings its own microbiota and GENETIC DIVERSITY). ________________ We didn't steal America...we conquered it....JUST LIKE THE TRIBES did to other tribes before we got here.. for at least 20,000 yesrs. Their battle "victories" involved murdering all male adults (who didnt escape) and taking all the surviving women and children as sex slaves/forced "marriages" and as slaves of burden. The Boys were indoctrinated and trained as warriors. That's the ugly truth of the succession of ownership of territories. Western Civilizatioj put a stop to Milennia of this horrendous violence between tribes....until the Idiot Woke Marxists arose upon the scene late this century.
