I got my tickets for October!!! This will be my 5th U2 concert. It's unfortunate that Larry won't be apart of it but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for us, the diehard fans. I can't wait!!! U2 was my mom's absolute favorite band in the world and she just passed. Can't think of a better way to celebrate her ❤️

Enjoyed the video Brendan! I am waiting for the Great Awakening! I see Vegas average home price is $445,000. The ratio between average home price divided by one ounce of silver bullion at $25 an ounce is 17,800. When I can buy a home with much fewer ounces of silver then I will buy a home in Las Vegas. Rather than say housing is overvalued I think the dollar is depreciating in value rapidly. It takes more dollars to buy a home now compared to decades ago. Inflation is getting worse and the Federal Reserve has increased the money supply on a massive scale in recent years. Let’s see what happens as 2022 unfolds!

Hi Ron, I dont disagree with you at all. I agree. Everyone says oh but the average interest rate has always been 6 or 7%. Yes but the average percent of your income that the home cost you in the 80’s was way less. People dont realize that part. We have inflation, depreciating dollar, and average percent of income to everyday costs in general being out of whack.

Can’t afford anything. Townhomes are going for 450k. I’m not paying a 3k mortgage for half a house.
