Paradise. I work the dummy and forms but doing BJJ mostly. Nobody to chi sao with which make it tough.

Gday Simon Dave Lovegrove here mate. Just wanted to let you know that the CST form vids are getting a bit jumpy, dont know how thats possible but its like a digital prob with how youtube has stored them. Couldnt comment there and couldnt find your email. BTW this punk music is cool. I was good mates with Shaun McGrath and The Toy Watches in the late 70's Cheers mate
