The “therefore” of 2:11 (and I think really applying to 2:11-22) also seems to refer back within the epistle, at least to 2:10 but I think also not only to 2:1-10 but even to 1:18-9, 22. For Paul’s prayer and exhortation there is that they would know the hope of his calling, the gloriousness of God’s inheritance (the saints!), and the greatness of his power toward believers, who are the fullness of Christ, like how he says in 2:21-22 that God’s household are, in Christ, being built and grown together, into a whole sanctuary dwelling of God - by, as 3:20 clarifies, His power that works within us. So because he calls his inheritance, “his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus” out of worse than nothing - they are saved out of deadness (2:1-3) by his grace alone (2:8-9) - to “walk” “holy and blameless” (1:5, cf. Gen. 17:1) “in” “good works, which God prepared beforehand” (2:10) as his body and dwelling place (1:23, 2:22), therefore we should do so; and since the remembering which 2:11-22 commands will help us do so, therefore Paul wrote, “therefore remember….”.
