Bad Religion was my introduction to punk. Before that, I was listening (and I still do) to PinkFloyd, and didn't care much about punk. Then I heard BR, and I was like "fuck it, these guys are reading my mind!"

Not too much of a stretch. When Greg and Bret write songs for a new BR LP their composed and demoed on a piano and acoustic guitar. In fact I'd like to see an LP of these unplugged demos. (That would make a good Record Store Day release.)
