I tried Neem honey a while ago and noticed it had a caramel-like taste. Loved the video and was so happy one of the shakes was dedicated to my comment from another of your videos. It was the cherry on top of my day. Thank you for your great content.

I guess, you can substitute sugar with some alternative like stevia and try to mix it with water 1:1. Never tried it though.

@@TheDrCork It is okay. 😁 But I like the fact, that you are not saying "Oh, don't buy this S*", like others often do. Thanks. 😊 BTW... I would like to recommend Unicum Riserva. It is the classic Unicum without the harsh bitternes. It is sweet and my absolute favourite alcoholic drink. It is made in an old cask (which survived the World War) and that's how it gets it's sweetnes - the cask started developing black honey.

@TheDrCork16 күн бұрын
Yes, it helps. But boiling your bottle (or just filling with boiling water and waiting for a couple of minutes) plus storing syrups in the fridge is enough for me.

@TheDrCork17 күн бұрын
Just like mint syrup. To make it better: blend your basil with sugar and water (say, 10 leaves, 100 grams of sugar, 100 ml of water) and then filter it through a cheese cloth.
