Just bought an f350 with a 6.8 , only got a 100 miles on it so far ,but very nice truck. I’ll be testing it towing a skid steer soon , I think it will do just fine.
@EricDodgeMusicAndDance22 күн бұрын
I plan on renting a skid this year if I need it. I think it will be good also. Now I learned out to lock out the top gears in the column and also hold it in a manual gear going up hills so it doesn’t down shift so much.
@RF-cz4ln22 күн бұрын
@ I’ve only driven mine empty so far , seems to shift a lot , not so much in tow haul , but still way more than my Ram did. I’m going to research the manual mode also, that might be the best way to go.

It took a little getting used to for me coming over from a ram with the 6 speed to the 10 speed. I also went from diesel to gas so that was an adjustment .

Yes I'm done with diesel. In my line of work we only want/ need regular cab and xl trim . The only way to do it is a 6.8 . Looks like it could pull a skid steer or a utility tractor in my flat area of the country just fine

Dude, I watched Glenn Close in Sunset Boulevard when she took it to NYC, and she floored me with her performance. You have such a wide, eclectic, expansive taste in music, and I LOVE it. Music is indeed the universal language, and I love people like you who can appreciate all kinds of musical genres and who can find the beauty and the magic in multiple musical idioms. I am not a singer or musician, but enjoying music has been a way for me to deal with depression, and to feel confident about myself. Keep smiling, and keep singing, Eric. I hope that you have been able to manage your depression effectively and to get closer and closer to a place of emotional, physical, and psychological health. Hugs!

OMG, this is amazing!!!!! I am crying, for real. The song itself is beautiful, but your voice gives it a whole 'nother layer of depth and magic. I love the notion of a male voice singing these sentiments about friendship (since our society tends to lowkey teach boys that friendsjhip is never as important as romantic love) because it subverts all those traditional ideas of what a man, a country singer at that, should sing about. Now that I think about it, I'd love to hear this song with a full-on country arrangements...steel guitars, violins, and all that stuff. You are awesome, Mister Dodge.
