The different between Ghana and Nigeria is Nigeria is very very big way bigger than Ghana so definitely the government can't just seat down and start going through which university is clean or not and besides that's a federal hostel if you want a squeaky clean hostel you should check out a private hostel

You have abundant of Oil and population have positive effect on Economy… one of the reason why your music and movie industry is doing well is your numbers and economy… our government is corrupt but it looks like yours don’t care at all . And Our government hostels are still okay , you can’t leave everything for the private sector or else the poor will suffer. NOTE : Nigeria has the biggest Economy in Africa !

But if you do not pass in your WAEC but if you pass in your JAMB you can still use, the JAMB cut off Mark to study pharmacy
