I already updated my fx3 bcuz as a beginner its difficult to learn the shutter speedand all and when i digged deeper all that jibrish is actually for photography for those people to worry about…so i am happy i dont need that mess no more…peace!

I am starting my first year of film school next fall, and currently have a beat up canon m50 mark ii. I am now shooting way more short film style content, instead of KZbin vlogs, and I am also starting to shoot commercially. The Sony FX3 would be vital in taking my work to the next level, and helping my dream of shooting full-time come true.

180 deg shutter angle was only something used in real film cameras, and is nothing more than a circular disk which is half open. making it 1/48 for 24fps filming. Don't know about you all, but I set the camera, then that is it, unless I need slow motion, or going for something else. they are digital cameras, get with the times.

@@ClownCamMedia Just another step of conveniency when on set as explained in the video. Jumping frame rates and not worried about the shutter speed is just a cool step that’s already taking care of. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@@JayWilsonMedia it is unless you want consistency with things like slow motion. and then you will have to adjust the shutter angle anyway. Only thing I see it useful for is, well I dunno. maybe if you come from a film camera and not got to grips with shutter speed yet. Don't forget as well, that 180 degree shutter isn't the same across the board. if you film in 24fps as the norm, then want to film slow motion at half speed at 48fps then you will still have to change the shutter angle to 360, to get the same motion blur and frame consistency. Don't forget though, the film industry only used 24fps because it was a cheaper way to film. if you are filming at anything else, like 60fps, then having your shutter at 120, isn't going to give satisfying motion blur imo, and I would change shutter speed to 60 or angle to 360 anyway. All depends on what you are filming though, and what you are trying to achieve. But reality it is just something brought over by film cameras, like many other sayings used on set.

Bro this camera will change my life for suree. In Haiti it’s really difficult to get paid in USD, so having this camera will be a dream come true. you ever saw one of those videos on Instagram with this music and beautifully colorgraded cinematic videos that doesn’t even have dialogue yet the way it’s filmed truly touched ur heart? like channels like Kyle nutt, I don’t have a camera but I’ve used a few of them and I always wanted one so I can start my own channel when I go to university on KZbin and start making all the content I want whether it be cooking videos or vlogs or short reels or breathtaking views or just everyday life, I just want to put the word cinematic in front of everything. This camera would benefit me just as much as it would anyone else. I’ve been learning color grading for months so when I finally get the camera I want I’ll be ready with all the skills that I need to use it on its full potential so man there’s my reason hope you consider it

The main reason I want this camera is because i’ve been doing photography and videography for a few years now I started when I was young and I wanna get to the next level and my equipments the main thing that’s stopping me from doing that. I’ve shot Contant like Quinceañera baptisms and other parties for birthdays and s personal photo shoots for people that hire me. I’m a junior in high schools in this camera would help me a lot and improve my skills and be more confident what I can do.

This would allow for me to step up my content. I have always wanted to make movies all my life and after watching videos with this camera, I actually believe it’s feasible now with the technology. Yes, I know it’s just a tool and it’s the creativity that matters but this would be such a blessing. Gotta appreciate creatives like you who give opportunities like this for up and coming creatives. I use a ZVe10, and ive probably pushed it to its limits. I'm a growing creator, and the things i like about the fx3 over my ZVe10: - That Ibis - internal 10 bit 4:2:2 (ZVe10 is 8 bit) - s-cinetone and - that lowlight performance Eitherway i mght not be able to receive in my country (🇨🇲) so may the best win✨
