I've noticed that if there are too many miners around a player so that no more can get close the rest will go to the drill. I'm not entirely sure but the miners sometimes let go of you and go to the drill if you don't do anything for too long. The best method that I've noticed is to lure the miners as far into the tunnels as possible, then they won't run back. They are also less likely to run to drill when near the doors from my expierence. Another method that works well in COOP is to run into the tunnels one after the other at a slightly different time, so that there is always or atleast often someone in the room to kill some or many before going back in.

@@kjubi98 The chance of beeing banned is close to zero. Pretty much the only way to get banned is to keep telling everyone you're using it until a developer knows. Other players on PC wont report you either because no one cares and they are probably running something themselves. Just keep it to yourself or your friends and you are golden.

@dynastyjumpzz mods and cheats is the main reason that nuclear winter was taken out. Because it's easier to remove the whole game than to ban all the cheaters. Console players had to suffer because of cheaters on pc. I already know that pc had a significantly lower player base than consoles due to cheaters

​@@dclemmons1234 Yea I can imagine that cheating was an issue during nuclear winter but that alone most likely didnt get it shut down on all platforms. If it were that popular they could have just left it active on consoles. I read that the player numbers werent even that high so it made no sense to support it. Feel free to share a source for what you are saying though. Also dont get me wrong Im not thinking cheating is all good and nothing should be done against it but rather that its fine in some cases. For example in F76s case the game is so easy that using an animation cancel mod doesnt even make a difference and is rather convenience. Using a mod that enables broken things like one shotting bosses or flying etc wouldnt be fine for example but you could even make arguments for them which I wont get into.

This is on the most recent patch and it only happens when using onslaught otherwise this error message never appears and I wont get kicked ever. Ofcourse I dont 100% know if im getting kicked for cheating but this is my best guess. I assume that beths awful anti cheat just notices the extremely high firerate and flags it

@dclemmons1234 No no, his turn speed is extremely fast because they can turn faster. Speed in terms of movement is the same, but turning us significantly slower. You are right about the pc players being ahead of console in terms of what they are capable of though, as that still applies.

@flatmarssociety5707 Never said anything about wearing power armor. It makes no difference considering turning speed because console has a set turning speed that is lower when sprinting, while pc can control turning entirely based on the sensitivity of their mouse, which can be very high. I play with maxed sensitivity, and it still turns very slow when sprinting and stopping to turn or turn around is crazy slow compared to how fast a mouse and pc can turn. My only option may be to get a mouse and keyboard for my playstation.

You can run past by them most of the time if they didnt notice you yet otherwise once they did notice you its best to either run a different path or to bait them into a large room to jump over them or run around them with enough space. Also one thing to note is ultra miners wont just attack if they have line of sight but also when you are in proximity. For example an aggroed miner will start punching even while beeing behind a corner. You can also locate them by listining for their heavy breathing to avoid them entirely. Perkwise you can use "Paint train" to stagger them a bit while running past them but it might not work while you are running into one who already noticed you. "Power Armor Reboot" is also an option but personally I dont like because it is just a 40% chance to survive a hit and it is a legendary perk card so only invest into it if you have enough spare perk coins.
