I used to work in all those blocks in the early 2000s maintaining the door entry and access control systems, Millions were spent doing them up, such a waste of money, the place was horrible, so glad I don't work in Bradford anymore.

@@BeardedRealityIt's changed so much since I left. The last ward you were on with the padded room used to be known as Naomi Ward. I worked on there and on the upstairs wards. There was : Naomi ward Pierce Ward Tuke Ward West Centre Newman Esther Hannah. Charlotte The area with the big hall and stage was Occupational Therapy and the place where the old map was! was the place we used to go for our tea breaks. Very interesting 40+ minutes and brought back many memories. Thank you and well done. 😊👍

I lived in cinderhill A, flat 2 (the one with the bigger room) in 09/10! I was room 1 right on the end. The bigger room was earmarked for disabled students but my flatmate got allocated it when it wasn't needed in our year. He didn't pay any extra for the bigger space though!

Such a waste when these places get left abandoned .. Not like we're in a housing crisis at the moment .. Imagine the amount of rooms they could rent out here .. But I guess it's all about money - Easier and cheaper to throw up some pre fabbed houses than repair a building like this - But also thinking about it, Couldn't they do a portion of the building and start renting out whilst doing the rest of the building ? Worth a look into that I suppose - Thanks for the upload - Keep em coming bro

Careful handling old bottles without gloves especially the green hexagonal ridged ones like your mate pulled out of that box at the start, that’s typical of a bottle that contains poison and after time the stoppers can deteriorate and the contents can be on the outside surface. You obviously know this (as you mentioned nightshade when he pulled it out) but good for less experienced explorers to take note of. A lot of the old chemicals / poisons have been banned nowadays and for good reason, but you will still come across them in places like this.
