We are booked to stay the whole month in June next year but im worried as to how much sargassum will actually be there. Your video made me feel better. We love the Wild side (East side beaches) im hoping since its a long stretch, there will be spots that is swimmable. We love to boogie board and setup a picnic camp.

@mariajewelpatterson7157 - So, did you make your June '24 trip? We were there the weeks after July 4th (just after Hurricane Beryl). Were you on-island during the hurricane?

@@NSP653 We changed our plan and just stayed locally - at Port Aransas Texas instead. We didn't get a refund (stupid me booking non-refundable rates -wahhhh). Did the sargassum calmed down when you were there?

Weather is good. Will rain more in October - November. To be honest, I've had rain every time of year but more so in October.

82-84 degrees. Still warm enough I dove a shorty my first day.
