Also, it has been confirmed to me by support from magicJack, today (2024-11-14), the communication with another person will be disconnected after 2 hours. You can call back, but you'll have another 2 hours before before being disconnected again. This is a technological limitation from the company. It can be annoying when you forget about it and you're in a joyful conversation and then : "Hello, hello?". In more than 5 years of magicJack and hundreds of 2-hour communications, I have crossed the 2-hour barrier only once. I think it was a 3-hour conversation straight no interruption. Yup! Besides that, for the buck, it's great. You can use this little gadget, anywhere on the world as a local from the country your regional code is dedicated. You need to have access to a router and power (electricity or even a battery bank/charger).

Make sure the blower fan is working properly, spinning freely. If not, you might finding yourself replacing the resistor unit multiple times.

Very informative and helpful. I would add that you need to disconnect the battery before working on the dash or steering column. An accidental airbag deployment can kill you.

What was that nut that fell off. Did you replace the shredder blade too?

I think the original part blades are probably better than some after market replacement blades you find online.Original part is about $50.00 per blade and some online replacements are $15.00. There must be a difference in hardness and quality for that price difference.

I have never changed the blades, and today, after trimming some dead limbs from a Japanese red maple tree, I REALLY need new blades. Now I see that this is a straightforward process.
