Something you rarely see from musicians recently. Heart and soul...TRUE feeling and passion for his craft brought out through his music. Doesn't walk in with a cape, with his arms crossed like a scene out of The Wall, no props, no hype (if it sounds like I am describing Roger, you're spot on), he doesn't need them! David and Richard only need their music and artistry to get their message across. All due respect to Roger...he is talented. But not the way that David Gilmour is. You remember Roger's props and hype. We remember David and Richard's music.

For me, the perfectionism and power of a musician can be experienced during a concert when he performs his songs in accordance with the original. The original recording is one of a kind, unrepeatable, perfect. Achieving this in a live performance demonstrates the artistry and excellence of the musician.

Uno dei miei brani favoriti di Gilmour e dei Pink Floyd. Ad ogni concerto riesce a modificare di poco ed aggiungere qualche virtuosismo ai brani che rendono ogni esibizione unica, sempre leggermente diversa ma sempre emozionante fino alle lacrime. A beautiful rendition of an old Hebrew prayer of the Israelites. However, it must be noted that Linda and her band did not sing it unto Yahweh of the Scriptures. No. They sang it unto a false god by the name of king Alpha. Scripture noted in Psalm 19 and Psalm 137. I don’t know the origins of the song…just that it’s a reggae band.
