I’m happy I’ve found this channel

I was diagnosed this past Tuesday with right heart-failure, it’s only pushing out 40% of blood to supply the rest of my body. This is a huge shock to us, because I’ve never felt any trouble with my heart, nor did I have any breathing issues… nothing besides what I thought was seasonal allergies that kinda went away on its own. What brought be to see a cardiologist was occasional leg swelling and I wanted to be proactive because leg blockage runs in my family. Never could I have imagined it was be something so serious..this is still shocking to me and my husband! The medication has been making me feel yucky but I’m so much calmer than I was before. Looking back, I’m wondering if my low platelets, ITP, autoimmune diseases, since 2018 and they don’t know what’s the cause of it, so I’m wondering if it’s all connected now. It’s really scary, it’s been a rollercoaster the last week!

I have known Id got heart problems for years, even got a pacemaker for the slow rate and meds for the AF, been repeatedly refused rehabilitation programs, never been given so much as a leaflet, and learned I had HF from hearing doctors talking about me on an umpteenth hospital trip. Im Glad I found your site and videos, no nonsense, encouraging and easy to understand. I can stop moaning now. Thanks guys. All of you. x

I am so pleased that there are subtitles I feel more involved , It's hard to when you can't hear what is being said and that is so important to be able to hear the do's and don'ts . and how the heart works how far to go with exercise This is such a help to people like myself and people who have slight eye sight problems, so clear this is thank you so much x
