I don’t get why people try to justify rude idols behavior. I worked at a call center and was constantly belittled. It was not a rewarding job and little pay on top of that I was young and living with a roommate who had an abusive boyfriend. Nothing was going well but still I treated the people that I worked with kindly and customers, even when they didn’t deserve it. It is in their character to feel they’re above these people, that’s why they do it. Being tired is no excuse, every day working mothers are tired. Workers are tired. Poor people are tired.
