Whenever people do something to other people that’s morally wrong, that’s warranting jail time, but when a person is completely destroying themselves, then putting them in jail is just adding more fuel to the fire. I really do think Lindsay Lohan could’ve had potential to be an even bigger icon right as she was on a major roll with Mean Girls (2004) and Freaky Friday (2003), and could’ve continued to build up that path as she was on fire! If only her be mother actually did her job as a parent, and not expose her as much as she did and also keep her mental health in check, she wouldn’t have done drugs or gotten plastic surgery due to the way those drugs destroy your body. In my opinion, she’s not as good as she used to be back in her glory days, but all I care about is that she’s doing okay, and staying away from anymore pain and suffering from her mother. If people like Matthew Perry and Robert Downey Jr. could resurface, then I just hope that she will continue to do the same.

The thing is that in many movies and music they say that drugs and alcohol is something cool and fun, i believe that almost everyone in the music industry have been using drugs or alcohol. Think of have to play the same songs everytime and still be positive about it. Its not a normal life they are living. And that u cant go out to shop, without getting noticed. I would'nt like to live like that, and still,,, its many people that want to be famous. With that said, its not right to use drugs and alcohol when you drive a car, then you are a danger to others also. But i think you cant think straight when u are using it.

I got mixed emotions about this situation. Yes what she did with the DUIs and the drugs and alcohol was wrong, but at the same time she definitely needed help and got it. Now it seems like she is a different person now compared to 10 years ago.

Apparently society has forgotten about the term "if" nowadays. If it's one thing I truly hate, it's the need to acknowledge what I already know! She was given many chances ...I'm a recovering addict ..and let me tell you..sometimes you need to be scared straight. Doesn't work for every addict ..but it damn sure worked for me. Also, she drove many times drunk...she very well could have killed a family or herself...she even got to wait 2 weeks before even going into custody.
