The standard method of making brownies from scratch, and the preferred way boxed brownies instruct you to make them is the wet & dry method for a reason 😉 Despite how simple it appears they spend a small fortune on research & development so the products taste as good as possible.

Can i give a tip for cooking pancakes? Well if not to bad😂 instead of using buuter on all pancakes use a non-stick pan and only use butter on the first pancakes you will need some extra salt though if you do this

I pull up this video every time I make a cheesecake, and I’ve made like 30 of them. The visual demonstration is so good to rewatch. Every single time it’s perfect.

You shouldn't leave strawberries in water. It will dilute their flavor.

You oughta try these recipes with sweet potatoes! Minus pumpkin pie spice. Just need cinnamon and nutmeg and vanilla (and a hint of lemon). You will slap somebody! 😁

Oh, so the reason my oatmeal cookies suck is because I make them with the traditional general method of making cookies instead if using melted butter ir reverse creaming.

The one on parchment paper in this video definitely spread more than one on the silicone mat. Even when I did my cookies home I used parchment paper and they spread so much. But I use my mat and the stay more together giving me a phat cookie

The slap-and-fold method is the best! I learned about it many moons ago, and it really is a fantastic way to arrive at the texture you want.

Instructions unclear. I made an underbaked cheesecheesecheesecheesecheesecheesecheesecheesecheesecheesecheesecheesestrawberry cake. Please send help. The cake is getting bigger each time. I can't fit it in the oven anymore, I have to go to my local crematorium just to bake it.
