You can achieve any goal in life with an old KKK turbo 😉 I’m running a Borg Warner efr 7163 in this car but there’s lots of info online about the various hybrid kkk variations for 931/951 /Magnus

None of that in this car except a modified bellhousing 951S AOR trans with 951 torquetube in mine 🙂

That would mean for me I need to check if it is possible to fit a self-build cage (bc. of the TÜV) and the other question would be the pricing of the curse… plus as far as I saw I would need to make some sort of sandwich plates and holes to mount the cage right?! the engine is the 2,2 AAN 20v turbo that was in the s4 s6 up to -96 and derived from the group b rally car’s originally

Yes, it takes some wiring and resistor calculations I don’t remember now how I did But get the chematics and you will figure it out

Broader powerband and better power/weight ratio in this so most likely yes. I really like the original Ruf yellowbird cars and sometimes I like to think of this car as my own interpretation of the yellowbird in the 924 platform. Performance would be about the same I would guess. About 560hp and 1150kg dryweight 327 km/h top speed on my little greenbird😉😊 /Magnus

We weighed it when road registered and it was very close to 50/50 It’s quite small the 5 cyl and almost tiny compared to the 944 engine 😀

LS is more for 944 than 924

I like LS swsps, but 5-cyl are great. The 07K is becoming popular and “spiritually” I like it. The OE engine was 1/2 of a 928 engine and the 07k is basically 1/2 of a Lambo engine (also VW family). Makes piwer high rpm like a proper sports car. LS are surely fun but low-end grunt like a muscle car-a Camaro in a Porsche body, basically. I feel that if Porsche still. made the 924/944 they would]d put either the 07K or RS3 engine in it.
