Excellente vidéo de Bassai dai. La gestuelle est extrêmement précise et le rythme avec des temps de poses un peu longs donnent dd la puissance . J’ai adopté tout de suite en complément des excellentes vidéo de Kanazawa et bien d’autres . Merci . Yves

Thank you sir , yes this is full of very powerful moves , my sensai was Ken Day , 5th Dan trained by Japanese , he was bases in Birmingham uk 🇬🇧. My dojo was at the Hachi shin Kai above a factory in Birmingham. I miss the family like spirit of the club. I’m not in your league as you are way beyond my level but I learnt so much from karate , kept me away from crime and drugs and taught me be humble . Thank you to all who preserve this fine art and thank you especially sir . 🇬🇧🙏🏼👍👌.

Someone knows his karate... Very few actually know the meaning of the katas.

Very nice kata, I used to do shotokan karate when I was at college , it’s nice and traditional but very stiff movements, compared to modern MMA it’s like analogue in a digital world 🤣🤣👍🇬🇧
