Ya it’s really great when you’re not the only one doing this though. I rack my brain sometimes try to understand how I should have handled situations but honestly I don’t understand why I should have to do this and why people in certain positions can treat people horribly and main departments allow it and act as though the person standing up for themselves is in the wrong. How I managed to walk away without losing my temper is beyond me. But it starts from the top and if the ceo refuses to put a stop to an out of control person, no one else will. Until you get some rogue ahole like me! I’m done with the corporate world green acres let me in 🙄

I saw your KZbin channel, your content is very good. But your subscribers, views, like and comment are very low. I see your video have SEO issues. SEO solutions can increase your channel views, subscribers and your videos will appear KZbin first page and Google first page. After that you can get much more organic audience. Let me know if you need any help.

I randomly decided to youtube search "rafael bejarano chicken" and here we are. he had said to me at one point: "the only reason to be afraid is to be brave."

@@markjsilverman nice. Glad I could channel that message if it feels significant for you. Nice. I think it could be worded even more accurately " we only feel fear so we can overcome it through courage/bravery." But yeah... I hear you on his presence when he entered a room. I have A lot of rafa memories even though I only knew him for a short time.

Hello I just visited your channel you are constantly posting videos and found that your channel is not properly SEO. That's why the SEO score is showing low. Video tags and descriptions are not SEO-friendly. Your channel should be properly SEO-friendly. Then your channel will reach the targeted audience. As a result views, likes and subscribers will increase. Are you interested in KZbin video SEO services? As a result, you can reach your videos organically to the targeted audience, thereby increasing views and subscribers. I am waiting for your reply. Thanks

I love all those things. Today I’m going to start playing guitar 🎸 my daughter bought me one for my birthday, having a guitar has been my dream since my childhood. I’m so happy, I have been manifesting this 🙏🙏
Just a tip: Make sure you actualy KNOW someone before you just send them money.

You know everything you said makes sense but I've been a slave of my impulses for so long it feels straight up impossible. I need to start actually meditating I guess, I just struggle to see where I went so wrong I used to have drive to do things other than fuel my own comfort

Interesting! I have been a big believer in journaling for many years, but started not with 3 pages. Instead, I started by writing 3 things each morning that I am grateful for. That evolved over time, but I'm going to try this for the month of October and see how I like it.

Is the Mastery Journal still working out for you?
@markjsilverman7 жыл бұрын
Hi Rose, It is still a valuable tool and I do not use it. I find it good for creating the habit of being accountable to myself... I have subsequently created a workbook for myself that follows Only 10s a little more closely. If you are interested, there is a 5 part video series with 5 worksheets on my website. www.markjsilverman.com Thank you for asking.

Did you stop after day four? I was looking forward to day 5 :) Same as Matthew Wagoner. Where are you with the journal now? Do you still dig it? Why or why not?

Thank you for the videos! I DID read the whole book (in one sitting), but as I was at work today contemplating my 10s, I was in need of a quick refresher/roadmap. These are perfect! :-)

Hey Mark this is awesome! What I realize is that dealing with false 10s, requires a high level of conciousness and awareness and probably a state of mind where our needs are met, otherwise we fall short for the distractions you mentioned very easily. I have a specific questions about that point: On some days I struggle with taking care of myself, meaning going to bed 4 hours later than planned, going in my day without any meals until I am drained. Me not doing them, does that mean they are not 10s for me? It definitely brings me into some pretty bad states. States where my needs are clearly not met and it is very hard to work on the Big 10s, without getting distracted all the time. How do you see that? Currently I am building this "foundation" by having non-negotiable slots per day. However, having never been working on those, it is challenging for me to gain the discipline to do them. Do you have such a foundation? And how do you treat your foundation? Does it come easy to you? [ would love to see videos on those answers ]
