I wont say that they didn't get better lol look how well dustin sings now from then, but that's what happens through practice lol but the music got worse, a lot worse, and no matter what you say, they got that bad they had to end it. Daedalus, and a couple of other tracks are not bad, but the original albums kicked ass from first to last track, play without having to skip ANYTHING, the only time I listen to REDSKY and THE EARTH WILL SHAKE is when im watching the HOB live performance,chartlover

You're an idiot, who obviously is not a musician, and has no taste in art... Vheissu is an exceptional album, and perhaps Thrice's best piece of work. This song is one of my favorite songs of all time. God forbid a band should progress as artists and musicians to the point where some fans like you complain that it's not simple rock like they made when they began... grow up dude, the band did and that's the only reason you're pissed, Vheissu is the farthest thing from trash

IMO after artist lol identity, and safty were great so was the artist then utter disapointment....and the new fans think the old stuffs rubbish but now they sound like chart trash....beggers was in the charts im sure ...vheissu was terrible too

yeah because it fucking stinks now apart from a few late songs but i prefer identity, illusions and artist albums miles better than the later stuff...im 28 and seen them go down hill and become commercial sounding like kings of leon and other chart shite....they must of thought it too...even though i love em i been to see them a few times and theyve been very disapointing i took people to see them and they just didnt perform..made themselves look like rookies ..always will be my fav band though

Not fair to say they "stopped being good". Perhaps stopped fitting your taste, and I can understand where you're coming from in that direction. Their sound changed dramatically between Vheissu and The Alchemy Index and all their other work. But It's definitely not that they "stopped being good". Major/Minor is their best work artistically, and I don't think it's even close... but Vheissu is still my favorite album. Just different.

Are you serious? Have you even listened to their older stuff? Specifially Illusion of Safety or Artist In The Ambulance? IMO, they stopped being good after Vheissu.

That's because this band has a lot of substance in it's music. There are some bands that scrape neat the top of the charts are actually well made and passionate, Thrice and Smashing Pumpkins probably being my favorite 2.

I'm very happy and content to have had Thrice be the one social constant from the time I first heard them in 7th grade to now, as a 22 year old man. Thanks for the music guys, and I hope y'all make it back to writing new stuff whenever that time may come. Cheers!

When I saw them play not to long ago, they played this song. The whole show was awesome, and was in an old theater, so when the moshing started the floor felt like it was going to cave in. THRICE FOREVER!!! :-)

Forever will this band be played on my computer/ipod at least once every time I turn them on. Greatest band to make music and make a huge impact on my life personally!
