So it says on the LNB "10.7 - 12.75 Ghz", I assume that is the frequency it captures. But how can you tell what frequency the LNB is outputting?

Two irons. Liquid flux. They come right off. Solder wic to clean the board, alcohol to clean the flux. Solder on with one iron, sharp tip, liquid flux. Flow one side at a time. Clean up with alcohol.

These all seem to involve heating the opposite side of the board which has things on it in my case....

For anyone worried about cutting themselves, it would be easy to use this design but instead of a razor blade, find something that has a strong thin edge like an old credit card/hard plastic card, or even the firm clear plastic that is used on packages when you buy an item from the store. You need to still be careful because even though you are using plastic or another recycled material, it can still be sharp enough to cut you! Other options could be metal that you find from an aluminum can or soup can, a plastic knife, or you can even use a cheap nail clippers or metal nail file.
