Looks good. Next time prove it twice. Also add some bread improver. Also add extra soft butter with the yeast. Makes it alot more soft and it adds more volume

@MINI TOURE on your first proof, give it plenty of room to expand. On the 2nd prove shape it out into a flat square in the gastro tray With a generous amount of olive oil- but not too much. The gastro tray has to be deep once its golden brown on the top. Take it out and flip it over. Until golden brown.
