We live in Vermont and my children have gone to the bridge. UVM is haunted. I worked there. In Burlington 55 South Union Street is very haunted. Lots of witchcraft practiced there.

At 14:39 I think that round ball object is called a “truck”. It may be from the top of a flag pole or staff of some kind??? An urban legend tells that they were made that way and called trucks because they carried some native soil of the land, a needle to sew and repair the flag, and a .45 caliber round, the standard issue of the US Army.
