Has Dynamic revisited the section 4(b) of the 2020 W4. We now have several employees who have filled in amounts in section 4(b). Note these employees are hourly and their pay changes each pay period. We now have to manually pull each of these employees each pay period an manually calculate their taxes to be withheld using the IRS calculator. I know MS was waiting to see if the form redesign was going to "stick" but since it is now September, it looks like it is staying. Dynamic really needs a way to automatically calculate any entries an employee makes in section 4(b). When you have hundreds of employees is it not acceptable that we have to manually calculate their taxes. That is why we use a software such as Dynamics.

Thank you - this is very helpful. Unfortunately, I am stuck - at 4:05 - when I go to "Word Templates" I have 2 "Create" options - Upload and Download. I do not see an option to actually "Create" a Word Template. Not sure if this is part of the modernization, but it's quite frustrating. I wonder if you have any advice? Thanks!
