Do not hold whirlwind bottom, just spam it, you will get more twister, you can use starlight aspect on your ring or amulet, also in the paragon you should have one that says that it gives you fury on crits.

Great game! Hope you're having fun. Also, compare weapon attack speeds. You have the runes Tir and El. Find an Axe, mace, or sword with 2 Open Sockets and put those runes in it.. in that order and you'll have a nice weapon :) you can shop for OS items, too
