Excellent video and very clear. I just have one question. I'm making a chatbot for a bookstore, and when I train it I ask it: How much is the book The Little Prince (for example), but the system apparently doesn't understand the term "how much is it" and I have to change it to "what is the price" and then it gives me the answer. Given this, I have placed the following in the "configurations" section in the prompt section: #Important: If the client asks any of these sentences then pass them to the terms that I put below: - How much is it worth = What is its price - What is its value = What is its price - How much does it cost = What is its price - What price does it have = What is its price - What is the cost = What is its price - How much do I pay for the book = What is its price - How much is its value = What is its price And still it doesn't work. Please support me. Thank you. This is great.

Can we use this function with a public facing chatbot where the Sheet contains personal data and will only deliver it to the user after they authenticate in the chatbot? For example, if we want students to lookup their GPA or update their address we would need the user to prove who they are first to prevent users from accessing data of another student.

The AI chatbots themselves, have the capability to support nearly every known language. We recommend writing the base prompts in English, as the model was trained and has the best understanding of this language. However, you can include instructions within the prompt to translate and respond in the user's language whenever they speak in a language other than English. For example, you can add something like, "Whenever a user speaks to you in another language, be sure to translate and respond in that language."

Your descriptions of these technologies and how they work are very basic. I don't know if that's a result of dumbing it down for your audience but a lot of what you started is technically incorrect. For example, JavaScript is not the mechanism that manages context length in Chat GPT. That kind of work is not done client side and I very much doubt openai engineers are using JavaScript server side. Also they don't just start dropping old messages if in the simplistic form you state. There's a much more advanced process of summarization, probably even computed queries for embeddings of the conversation that are created from each message (RAG), etc that manage the context do that things are not forgotten even in long conversations that well surpass the stated context window size. Also assuming stammer uses the API, but you use the term "chat gpt" interchangeably in the context of both. Chat GPT is not the same as openai's API offerings which does not include a nearly 1500 token system message among other suspected differences such as the model itself. For example, when open ai claimed to have fixed the laziness issue, indeed the api was less likely to generate truncated code with placeholders, but Chat GPT to this day still exhibits the same behavior.

Appreciate your comments! We had assumed they were handling the truncation of older messages client-side and just leveraging their own API via the ChatGPT frontend. But we haven't really investigated it. If you are saying there is some other undocumented API they are accessing that handles the complexity of doing that...then that seems definitely possible. Feel free to keep commenting and adding info we don't know about! Are you going to start making any videos on what you think is going on here based on your own knowledge? Could be very interesting content!

A function to provide packages with an option with an without leads and appt would be great! If a client could select a basic package without those options and automatically got an account with only a knowledge base. And if a client selects a package with all the options and automatically gets those. If we where able to adapt these options as you said in minute 36 and also add those options to our pricing package it would make a great difference in product variation!
