That tail that got cut-off will grow into it's own bobbit worm. Bobbit worms are considered immortals even if u cut it to pieces it won't die just like the Hydra from Hercules they multiple by getting cut.

The iridescent shell is actually quite pretty. The rest is nightmare fuel.

A good alternative for BHM ( heart mix ) foods which pollutes the water and elevate ammonia levels in the water.

I just watched a video of somebody cooking two small crabs in a popcorn cooker and the comments were full of criticisms against human feeding behavior... Imagine being the fish delivered to a bobbit worm on a silver plate @_@

That’s very true…plus hobbit worms are blind and use 5 antennas to sense prey…they only eat live prey and need deep substrate.

I think it’s a Bobbit worm... have you been able to remove? They will break apart and grow more 😬😬 I was able to remove one from my tank by removing the rock it was hiding in. Over 24 hours being left out and using large tweezers. It broke in two three pieces!!
