Uh, no- you guys are all wrong. This is NOT the property Matt and Mere bought- what they bought is about four miles further to the south, and less than 10 acres.

I don't think this is the new demo ranch project. It doesn't need anything and the new project is an abandoned place that needs a lot of renovation.

@@rjbishop12 the sign over the road is the Guadalupe River ranch and that's this one on 800 acres remember he said long range shooting with lodging

@@rjbishop12 Neither seem very likely I had to google what 10 acres is, but that is way too small for anything. And this is not abandoned or anything, no way he could afford this unless he got some billionaire to help him fund the project.
