I don't recommend ABAC compressors to anyone, they're terrible. I bought a new ABAC 150 liter compressor and after almost a year of use, I noticed large amounts of oil in the air filter. The same thing happened when bleeding the compressor, it spat oil. The compressor was used occasionally, maybe a few times, and that's all. Then I noticed that the oil level in the engine was zero, the engine was probably damaged, specifically the rings. It is a scandal that something like this should happen in a new compressor. For me it's total crap, not worth a pound of fluff. I warn everyone against buying this scrap.

So is the higher pressure made only by the smaller volume of the inner chambers due to the connecting shaft? Is that how the pressure increase is determined in these? Bigger the shaft > smaller the volume > greater the pressure?

I have always been told never to have a less than positive pressure in a vessel..........So, what do you think of water draining.............but leaving a small amount of pressure remaining in the cylinder...........also not sure of the need to drain all the air, because pressure is needed to blow out the water condensate............and if you do reduce the pressure to zero of low pressure...........build up the pressure again before you leave it standing until next usage......Never leave the vessel empty of pressure............because the air pressure whill hold the moisture away from the vessel walls...............What do you think ?

Thats the exact video i was looking for thank you 🙌🏼 i did have a small its 27 litre and i think 1.5hp compressor i think and that was silent it was called a popular master and had it for couple of decades it was fantastic till my parents upgraded to jefferson 2hp 50ltr and dumped the pld one cuz its old even tho there was nothing wrong with it and i wanted to keep it they threw it away now impossible to find but think i see airmaster looks similar. It was quiet. But the jetlfferson was far too ear piercing
