When the queen says sing this , you do. They did the US proud even though we ignored their talent.

I don’t know where you got your information but The Walker Bros. had two Top 20 hits in the US.

That said it is hard to see how King had heard Send for Me - pure late 50;s Americana. _ Scotts knowledge which was greater than Maurice's

This was Maurice Kings choice of songs so I understand. Not the ones that Scott might have chosen.

It simply amazes me that at age 64 and someone who has listened to music since I was young around 1963 not once had I heard of the Walker brothers till I ran across them quite by accident on youtube. Go figure?

I also just discovered the the Walker Brothers on KZbin. I have heard their big hits before, but never saw who actually sang these great hits! Many of the artists from the 60's and 70's are touring and I enjoy seeing them. I feel so disappointed that I never had the opportunity to see the Walker Brothers.

Thank you so much for posting this. Although the quality of the picture is quite poor (particularly during the first minute of the song) I like this because the ending is not cut off, that is the part where Scott sings "woo oo oo oo".

OMG! Lol for this video! It's the first one where I can see them performing, other videos of this song don't show them at all. Thanks for posting.

This is worth it for Scott's spazmo miming, and John Walker demonstrating how to do the "Loosey Goosey"...

Lest we forget, The Walker Brothers were nothing less than a phenomenon at the time, with two No. 1 hits; "Make It Easy On Yourself" and "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine (Anymore)".
