Love this video. I am decreasing carbs, increasing fat and making fried rice or chicken hash. Enjoy it! You can make air fried potatoes as well with a bit of spray and seasoning. Flavor the veggies by cooking them with lean meat, or ham, or even smoked paprika.

Universal Nutrition either did something to this supplement or I purchased fake product. Now the tablets are half the size they used to be and they are dark brown color. Original tablets I've seen on internet are very big and beige color.
