Nice machine! Now that you have over 3000 miles on it has anything loosen up and started to rattle-vibrate squeak ect? Does the removable glove box rattle or make noise while riding? My buddy has a Polaris with just over 2000 miles and his rattles and squeaks really bad already. He also has put almost $1500 in repairs already like drive axles bearings and seals. You should not haft to put that kind of money in a machine a few years old for what they cost and he does not use it that hard just general trail riding.
@kentdelaney34622 жыл бұрын
Mine has squeaked since about 1 week after I got it, but I haven't had to replace any parts that I didn't break myself (knock on wood). The glove box does not rattle at all.

Thinking about one of these. How has it held up. How many miles. Very informative video.
@kentdelaney34622 жыл бұрын
So far it has held up great and I've had zero problems (that weren't caused by me). Took a big ride yesterday, actually. I've put a little over 3,000 miles on it.

I got a used one, at 400 miles, another 50 and blew the front diff, I now hear that’s a common problem, under warranty but still is new one just as bad. Dropped off bike to have them look, picked up next day fixed. They carry one in stock…….hmmmm, they know the problem exists. But let me tell ya about how nice it is though. Comfortable and quite, rides like a caddy. Had a mule, best work machine ever, then moved to a mid size pos….er Polaris ok, now this HD8 I have, best one yet.

My only issue is there are no signal lights, too big of a machine tp use hand signals.

@@kentdelaney3462 ya, I know, I will too, but factory installation would be so much nicer, especially when you buy one all loaded up then you need to add them, what kit and was it difficult to install?

@@Dan-qt7kq www.corbincustomworks.com/collections/canam-defender-accessories/products/canam-defender-turn-signal-kit I haven't installed it yet, but a friend of mine just did, and he said it took about 2 hours. I purchased the one with the "ghost lights" that replace the Can-Am's signature lights.

Really? I haven't heard that. My friend just bought a Limited. He hasn't had any issues, but he's only had it for 3 weeks. I ended up buying an Inferno brand heater (should be here in a couple weeks). I don't care about the AC, and I don't like the fact that you sacrifice some middle seat leg room with the factory HVAC.
