Apparently a model has come forward saying it's him playing the emaciated infected you see in the trailer. His name is Angus Neill. Google him, you can see they didn't need much makeup to make him look the way he does. I never thought it was Cillian to begin with, and I'm glad it's not.

I'm not 100% sure if that one infected is Cillian just yet. If it is, I wonder if it's possibly even a little foreshadowing what may occur over the next couple of movies O_O Definitely looking forward to seeing how this pans out! I've got this trailer on repeat 😅

Imagine bothering to bring Cillian Murphy back just to not only make him a zombie but to also put him on the trailer. This is not it, my guy, you might just be a tad bit off here. 😅

The actor playing “Emaciated Infected” in the film, due for release in June 2025, is not Murphy but rather newcomer Angus Neill. all the rumours its was cillian murphy aka jim was the zombie it was not him as he is in the 2 moves after this one. its been confirmed just look it up.

Let's hope that because of this latest release all three films will be available as a package in 4k. Trying to find 28 Days Later on Blu-ray for a reasonable price is futile because it is no longer in print.

28 weeks later is clearly a sequal to the alt ending. By the time of 28 weeks later, the original infected from days later in London have all died out, meaning the starve to death weaknesses is cannon.

Pretty sure murphy is confirmed to be in the next film as well so i dont think his character is a zombie.

They talk about how the Infected have evolved. It could be the extreme rage has leveled out into some primitive tribal behavior meaning the Infected will always survive in some form living off the land.

If you look up the cast 28 years later, Cillian Murphy is listed. Therefore, it would make no sense for him to be listed among the top five cast members if he were a zombie or dead.

The Audio is a 1915 poem about the repetitive and hellish nature of British soldiers marching in south Africa. In US survival evasion resistance and escape training they play it over and over to break you. Great audio choice and i’m glad they used an old recording. I’m so stoked for this to be released.

In 28 years it evolved," and if it is like that it sadly doesn't have that raw horror vibe from first and second movie. Also the background audio is actually a guy, its a 1915 recording of the war poem "Boots" written by famous poet Rudyard Kipling and spoken by American actor Taylor Holmes. Its actually known for being such a psychologically unnerving audio that its used in US military schools when training for psychological torture etc etc lol

Lmfao I fucking love your vibe dude. I’m also glad they’re going for a more minimalist setting without any cracked military tech. Apparently this movie was shot on an iPhone 15, so it has the potential to feel more down to Earth and personal than ever. Especially if they keep the effects practical for the most part. Altho I’m hoping the skinny Jim is just a dream sequence. It’s possible since there’s set photos of him looking more healthy and fit.
