Paul MISRAKI doesn't get the praise he deserves and this track proves it again. Same league as Garvarentz, Delerue, Sarde, etc. Lovely vibrant jazz, a joy to listen to. Great EP all the way!

This is - in my humble opinion - one of the 5 best epic soundtracks ever composed! Marvellous main and love theme. TIOMKIN gives this a hauting quality, full of emotion, longing and sadness. Anthony Mann directed this masterpiece, which is - together with EL CID - a lasting contribution to this genre. Anthony Mann was one of the directors, who managed to make superb movies in just about every genre. superb Anthony Mann movie.

Thanx for uploading this gem! I've always been a Goldsmith fan and one of the first US soundtracks I bought was his splendid BANDOLERO LP. RIO CONCHOS is of the same quality, a superb mid-60ies western score. 👏👏👏👏👏
