Omg i remember hurricane Otis!!!! I always watch the weather and saw hurricane Otis heading to Mexico. I didn’t think much of it until I went back to the weather hours layers and say it was a CAT 4 about to hit Mexico. Not even an hour later I came back on and saw it was a CAT 5. It was so crazy
